Indoor Cycling

SPIN + Abs- 45 minutes on the bike, using hand weights to incorporate a total body fat burning, muscle building killer workout that ends with 15 minutes of AB work! Perfect way to start your Monday morning. This class is appropriate for all levels.

SPIN FUSION-Strengthen and tone your entire body in this 60 minute workout! Spin is great for everyone-beginner through experienced riders. Be led, be inspired, but do your own individualized workout on your own bike. No person is the same. No rider is the same. Be you. Do you in this energizing group fitness class! This class is appropriate for all levels.

Spin Beats- If you've been wondering what the big deal is about SPIN, now is your chance to find out! In this 45 minute intro to SPIN class you will learn how to set up your bike, the various positions used to ride and get a great cardio workout st your own pace! The best part of all is the MUSIC! Spin Beats has great playlists that are sure to make you keep coming back for more!

Spinterval Training-Spin intervals mixed with a variety of strength training. On and off the bike...get ready to blast through plateaus and burn mega calories !

Spin & Strength-Strength & Cardio like you've never seen! Spin speed and strength and total body strength & toning. Mixed up weekly to keep your mind & muscles challenged!

Spin, Sculpt & Stretch-Format changes class to class to keep your muscles guessing and working! Great for beginners to get to know spin! Class ends with a thorough stretch of the entire body to enhance muscular performance and eliminate soreness.

Suspension Training

Tabata TRX- This 30 minute tabata workout using TRX will wake you up and work you out for sure! Stay for another 30 minutes of Target Training.

TRX Tone-Tighten and tone your entire body with this 45 minute TRX based workout! Each week we will work with other equipment between sets of TRX for the FUSION effect!

Totally Toned TRX-Improve posture, increase core strength & TONE your entire body in this 45 minute suspension training class infused with Pilates & Barre moves.

TRX + Meditation- Work through a challenging 30 minute TRX workout for your muscles, then wind down with a mid day mid week meditation for your mind. This is a new format and meditation will begin with 5 minutes then increase accordingly with the group members. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Kettle Bell Strength Training

FUSION Method

Kettle Bell CORE- 30 minute express workout focusing on the CORE and utilizing the kettle bell

Kettle Strong- Want to get in great shape FAST? You've got to try Kettle Strong! Review basic moves and put your body to the test with a rigorous circuit of kettle bell moves. 20% education, 80% perspiration!

FUSION Boot Camp- Get ready to run, lunge, jump and squat your way to a stronger, faster, slimmer you! Class format varies each week, but your intense calorie burn stays consistent! Great class to bust out of a rut or avoid a fitness plateau! Modifications offered for beginners. Burn baby burn!

FUSION Flow- Flow through this strengthening yoga based class to refresh and refocus your body & mind. All levels

A.A.A. Amazing Abs & Arms- Get your belly tightened and your arms looking great with this high impact, fast paced workout will not disappoint!

Kettle Bell CORE- 30 minute express workout focusing on the CORE and utilizing the kettle bell
